look at that bruise on mah arm…!in mah sport it’s just a minor one…the worst that we can have is a fracture…!whoa…i’ve experienced this one last year..with mah left thumb…ouch it really hurts…i can’t move it…!but it’s ok now…that’s why i am very careful in playing this sport…it’s not just a game…cause danger awaits for us taekwondo players,not only us but all the combative players…good thing i’ve only got bruises during sparring while having our training…this is for the preparation for the palaron pambansa…i’ll be out for few weeks…i’ll be leaving tomorrow morning…but i promise to tell you what happened when i got home… =p

another gold medal won last april 23, 2006…2nd jrf taekwondo championships invitational held at festival mall,filinvest,alabang,muntinlupa city…just like what had happeed last april 22…i’ve joined in this competition without training..winning a gold medal is nice but it’s not enough cause i have a hard time competing because i  lost my stamina during my vacation…right now i am preparing for the next competition which is the palarong pambansa…need to train harder cause this is not just an ordinary tournament… =p

last saturday…april 22, 2006 i joined the luzon all women’s taekwondo championships…the funny thing here is that i was invited to play,i’ve accepted the invitation and played last saturday without training…haha…cause i was in the province having vacation when they ask me if i can play on the said event…joining tournaments like that without having training or any practices is not that easy…i’ve won silver medal on this event plus bruises and muscle pains…hehe…kids don’t try this at home… =p

wee…!i’ve won gold medal last STCAA MEET 2006 held at dasmarinas cavite last april 3-8, 2006…i had a crucial fight during the finals against vianney caballero of rizal…i thought i can’t make it because of my injury…our score tied up during the 2nd round…good thing i am leading 2pts during the 1st round…wee…i am happy with that gold medal…up next…watch out for the palarong pambansa,the opening will be on may 7, 2006 at naga city…i will be there playing for region 4…let’s just see what will happen next… =p
